Q. How fit do we need to be?

This trek has been designed to be very challenging, but achievable by anyone as long as you and your team train before hand. Remember, you are trekking for 50 miles over 24 hours or 25 miles over 12 hours, – the fitter you are the more you will enjoy this Challenge. Trekking training tips can be found in the downloads section of this website to help point you in the right direction. We are not going to lie, MEGAHIKE will be tough and is a Challenge, but with the support of your Team, and us, anyone can do it!
